Arthritis pain often shows up in small daily moments. Getting up, walking, and even simple tasks can feel stiff and slow. Support does not always need to be complex. Gentle movement, warm compress, cold packs, and simple food choices can help ease discomfort over time. Small habits can support better comfort each day.
Fresh fruit, cold ice, and a hint of herbs turn these drinks into quick summer refreshers. Some are juicy and bold, some are calm and clean, but all of them feel easy to make and easier to finish.Try them out and cool your day in a simple way.
May Caregiver of the Month: Mata T. Originally from Samoa, Mata moved to the U.S. in 1990 and found her calling in caregiving through her deep passion for helping others. For over 10 years, she has brought joy, compassion, and heartfelt companionship to every client she serves. One client’s family shared how Mata created special “spa day” moments filled with music, massages, and pampering that became something their mom truly looked forward to. When her client couldn’t join a family cruise, Mata selflessly gave up her own vacation to stay by her side.
We are so proud to have Mata as part of the Right at Home – Peninsula team!
